Design Build & Design Development
During the development phase, Aero designs and provides duct layout drawings. Duct is routed and sized from the units to RGDs to meet project requirements and specifications.
Ductwork Fabrication
Our complete sheet metal shop has capabilities ranging from galvanized coil line ductwork, custom fittings, lined/insulated, double wall ductwork, stainless steel, aluminum, and welded carbon steel fabrication.
CAD Coordination Planning & Modeling
We offer drafting and modeling services ranging from 2D design documents, to fully coordinated 3D modeled projects. Utilizing the latest versions of Revit, Autocad, and Navisworks, we collaborate with all trades on projects to ensure an efficient & constructible design free of cross-trade conflicts.
Ductwork Installation
We offer estimation and bidding of sheet metal ductwork and ventilation equipment on commercial plan & spec projects and specialty negotiated projects. We offer Installation of galvanized and fabric ductwork, registers, grilles & diffusers, exterior louvers and wall-cap venting, breechings and chimneys for venting boiler heaters in welded metal, gasketed stainless steel, and gasketed polypropylene. Our seasoned staff of Project Managers, Commercial Foremen, and Sheet Metal Mechanics are ready to meet the needs of Southern, Central, and Northern Maine regions.
